Email is the operative channel and reaches the operator directly; there is no call centre and no contact form, by design. Correspondence about lapcost also reaches the operator at hello@drivenerve.com, the mailbox published across the drivenerve tools. Messages in English or Lithuanian are answered.

2 · What this service is, and is not

• lapcost publishes a free track day cost calculator that runs in your browser and a set of circuit guide pages with typical lap times and cost-per-lap examples. Every figure is a planning estimate built from numbers you enter and typical reference values. No contract for goods or services is concluded through this site.
• lapcost is not a track day organiser, circuit, workshop, dealer, insurer or financial adviser, and nothing here is professional, safety-critical, financial or legal advice. Publishing this tool is not subject to any authorisation or licensing scheme, and no supervisory authority oversees it.
• There are no accounts, no payments, no newsletter and no advertising network. Nothing is purchasable on this site.
• Labelled partner links appear in the calculator's result column and on circuit guide pages. They never alter a single number the calculator produces. Which partners, where each appears and how they pay is set out in section 5 of the privacy policy.

3 · Responsibility for content

The operator named above is responsible for the content of this site. Lap times are typical track-day pace, not records; regional spending profiles are labelled as examples wherever they appear; currency conversion uses European Central Bank reference rates with their date shown in the calculator. Corrections are published rather than argued with: write to either address above and the fix ships with a note saying what changed.

4 · Disputes and applicable law

• Since no consumer contracts are concluded through this site, the EU rules attaching to online sales and service contracts do not apply to your use of it. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and is deliberately not linked anywhere on this site (verified 5 September 2026).
• Use of this site is governed by the terms of use. The operator is established in the Republic of Lithuania and this notice is provided under Lithuanian law implementing Directive 2000/31/EC.
• Data protection questions and rights are handled as described in the privacy policy, which names the controller and your right to complain to the Lithuanian supervisory authority.
